Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice there will be a service charged of $50 for your missed appointment(s). This amount will be charge to your card on file or must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and will be charge full price for there missed service with the card on file and will need to pre-pay for any future appointments.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. We look forward to serving you!
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates from Skin Spa Asheville are non-refundable and can not be exchanged for other services and/or products other then what is printed on the front of the certificate and are not redeemable for cash.
Ordering Terms & Policies
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or gift, please return it for a store credit within 30 days of the purchase date. You are responsible for shipping if you wish to return your item(s). We will provide a return label to cover any shipping costs ONLY if the return was our error (incorrect item shipped or defective item).
When you return your purchases mail, you may receive an online store credit for the price of the item(s). Items more than 30 days after the original purchase date may not be returned.
Package your item in the original packaging (if available), or pack your return in a well-padded box or envelope to ensure its safe return and prevent damage. Mail your return via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Postal Service (UPS) using the prepaid return label provided.
