We’re so happy you’ve chosen Skin Spa Asheville for your time of rest and renewal. To help ensure the best experience for every guest, we kindly ask that you review our policies before your visit.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and unanticipated events can occur. In order to be fair to all guests and keep our schedule running smoothly, we require 24 hours’ advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
If you are unable to provide 24 hours’ notice, a 50% service fee will apply for the missed appointment(s).
If you placed a deposit at booking, it will be applied toward this fee.
If no deposit was made, the fee will be charged to the card on file or must be paid before booking your next appointment.
Thank you for understanding — this policy helps us serve all of our guests better.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and will be charge full price for there missed service with the card on file and will need to pre-pay for any future appointments.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. We look forward to serving you!
Right to Refuse Service
Skin Spa Asheville reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving inappropriate behavior, harassment, intoxication, failure to follow spa policies, or any conduct that compromises the safety, comfort, or well-being of our staff or other guests. Guests who violate these terms may be asked to leave immediately and may be prohibited from booking future appointments.
Health & Wellness
Please let us know if you are feeling unwell, have a contagious illness, or have any health concerns that may affect your treatment. Some conditions may require us to reschedule your service for your safety and the safety of others.
Respectful Atmosphere
Skin Spa Asheville is a peaceful retreat. We ask that all guests treat our team and other visitors with kindness and respect. Harassment, inappropriate language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates from Skin Spa Asheville are non-refundable, a policy we want to ensure you are fully aware of. They can be used for services and/or products equal to the value that is printed on the front of the certificate. Gift certificates and gift cards are not redeemable for cash. A gift card/certificate acts as a voucher—not a debit card and you cannot get cash back. Balance are kept in the system and can be used at a later date.
Children & Minors
Guests under 18 must have a parent or guardian present during services, and certain treatments may have age restrictions. A parental consent form is required before the service is preformed. Please inquire when booking.
Your Experience Matters
If something during your service isn’t quite right, please let your therapist or esthetician know — we’re here to make adjustments so you leave feeling your best. We welcome your feedback after your visit to help us continue improving.

Ordering Terms & Policies
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or gift, please return it for a store credit within 30 days of the purchase date. You are responsible for shipping if you wish to return your item(s). We will provide a return label to cover any shipping costs ONLY if the return was our error (incorrect item shipped or defective item).
When you return your purchases mail, you may receive an online store credit for the price of the item(s). Items more than 30 days after the original purchase date may not be returned.
Package your item in the original packaging (if available), or pack your return in a well-padded box or envelope to ensure its safe return and prevent damage. Mail your return via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Postal Service (UPS) using the prepaid return label provided.
