As concerns over COVID-19 (“Coronavirus”) increase, we wanted to reach out and reassure you of our commitment to maintaining a safe, clean environment at Skin Spa Asheville. YOUR safety and wellbeing are our number one priority!
We sanitize all areas between clients, as well as regularly disinfecting door handles and all surfaces in our waiting room, treatment area and bathroom. We have placed hand sanitizer throughout our spa suite. We adhere to the highest standards of care with handwashing, sanitation and other methods of cleanliness and disinfection. We will turn anyway any client with a cough, sniffles or any other sign of illness and we are not enforcing our cancelation policy, so if you wake up not feeling well you can cancel last minute without any penalties. As you know the facial area in a one on one environment during your visit and I allow 30 minutes between each appointment to throughly clean and disinfect the entire area.
